Version v1 · Effective 15 July 2026
You get back what you paid with.
Fourteen days, no reason needed, everyone. It does not matter where you live, or whether you are buying for yourself or for a business. If the app is broken or is not what we said, you have longer.
| You bought | You paid with | You get back | You have |
|---|---|---|---|
| An app | A card | Money, to that card | 14 days |
| An app | PAC | PAC, to your wallet | 14 days |
| PAC, unspent | A card | Money, to that card | 14 days |
| An app that is broken or misdescribed | Anything | Same as above | Up to 2 years |

You do not need to explain yourself. You can if you want, and it helps us make the marketplace better, but it is not a condition.
Within 14 days of us hearing from you, usually sooner. Card refunds take a few days to show up on your statement after we send them, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.
You pay no fee. Not ours, not the payment processor's.
You are buying access to a service we keep running. The 14 days last the full 14 days, whether you opened the app on day one or never opened it at all.
We could charge you for the days you had access. We do not.
Two steps:
The two clocks are separate, because buying PAC and buying an app are two different purchases. PAC bought in January and spent on an app in June refunds as PAC, and that PAC's own 14 days ran out in January.
You can choose that when you ask. Credit lands instantly and money takes a few days.
It is your choice to make. We will never make it for you, and we will never write it into the terms as the default. If you want your money, you get your money.
Tell us. We will get it fixed or refund you. This is not limited to 14 days: under EU law you have up to two years for an app that does not do what it said it would, and we apply that to everyone.
Apps get withdrawn by the people who made them, and sometimes we remove one after a later check.
If an app you bought is removed, we tell you, and we give you a reasonable time to get your data out. If we have to cut your access off, we refund you.
PAC you have already spent, unless you refund the app it went to first (see above).
Earned PAC. That is a creator's revenue rather than a purchase, and it withdraws through Wise instead. The Creator Agreement covers it.
Anything where you are trying to work the system. Buying and refunding the same app repeatedly is not using this policy, and we will stop selling to an account that does it.
This policy is how we do refunds. It does not replace anything the law gives you.
If you are a consumer in the EU, your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and the Digital Content Directive apply whatever this page says. If your own country gives you more, you get more.
