Version v1 · Effective 15 July 2026
PAC is Panoply credit. One PAC is one US dollar, always. You buy it with a card and spend it on Panoply. It never expires. If you buy it and do not spend it, you have 14 days to get your money back.
This is a summary. The terms are below.
This is between you and Packaging Solved Kft. (registration number 01-09-441011, seat 1092 Budapest, Kinizsi utca 11. 3. em. 19., Hungary), trading as Panoply.
You accept these terms when you buy PAC.
Credit you spend on Panoply. One PAC is one US dollar. That never moves.
PAC works only on Panoply. It is not money, not a currency, not an investment, and not something you can send to other people or spend anywhere else. It earns no interest and it does not grow.
Buy any amount from $1 to $10,000, by card, at checkout.
What you pay is what you get. Pay $10 and you get 10 PAC. We cover the card processing fee ourselves rather than taking it out of your credit, because the one-to-one matters more to us than the fee does.
Your PAC stays yours for as long as your account is open. We do not expire it, we do not charge you for holding it, and we do not take it back if you go quiet.
If you close your account, section 8 covers what happens.
Your wallet can hold both, and the difference matters.
PAC you bought. Spend it on Panoply. You cannot cash it out. You can refund it under section 6 while it is unspent.
PAC you earned. Your share of your app sales, if you are a creator. Withdraw it to your bank account through Wise. The Creator Agreement covers how.
If your wallet holds both, spending uses the PAC you bought first.
You have 14 days from buying PAC to change your mind, for any reason. We refund it to the card you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us, at no cost to you.
This works on PAC you have not spent. Once you have spent PAC on an app, that PAC has done its job, and the app purchase has its own 14 days under the Buyer Terms.
If you spent PAC on an app and want the money out, do it in two steps:
Each 14 days runs from its own purchase. PAC bought in January and spent in June refunds as PAC, and the PAC itself is long past its window.
To refund, email support@panop.ly or use your account.
Nothing, beyond holding it for you.
We do not lend it, invest it, or use it as backing for anything. It is a balance we owe you, and we keep the money to cover it.
You can close your account whenever you want.
Unspent PAC you bought: if you are inside 14 days of buying it, we refund it to your card. Past that, spend it before you go.
PAC you earned: yours, always. Withdraw it before you close, or tell us where to send it.
We will not hold your credit or your money to keep you here. That is Charter Article 3.
We can suspend or close an account if you break the Platform Terms, if the law requires it, or if we see fraud.
If we do, we tell you why. Your earned PAC is still yours and we will get it to you. Your unspent purchased PAC we refund, whether or not you are inside 14 days, unless the reason we closed you is fraud on your part.
If we ever wind down the platform, we tell you as far ahead as we can, and we refund unspent purchased PAC and pay out earned PAC. We will not keep money for credit that can no longer be spent.
If we credit your wallet in error, we can correct it. We will tell you first and explain.
If you spot something wrong in your wallet, tell us and we will look at it properly.
We can change these terms. We will tell you, and the change applies to PAC you buy after it takes effect.
We will never change the one-to-one. If we ever needed to, we would refund your PAC instead.
We are responsible for your PAC balance and for getting it back to you when it is owed.
We are not responsible for indirect losses. None of that applies to anything the law does not let us limit, or to any protection you have as a consumer.
Hungarian law and EU law apply.
If you are a consumer, this takes nothing away from you. You keep the protections of your own country's law and you can bring a case there.
If a court strikes out part of these terms, the rest stands.
If anything here is unclear, it is read in the way that favours you.
These terms sit alongside the Platform Terms of Service, the Buyer Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Panoply Charter. If they conflict, the Charter wins, then these terms on anything about PAC.
